Understanding storage limits and how many searches you can make

Every plan has Unlimited* searches (also known as 'conversions'). However, you are limited to the amount of products/identifiers you can save in your account at any given time. This is the accounts storage limit.

Example: If a user has 10,000 identifiers that they need information for and they are on the Premium plan which has a storage limit of 5,000, the user would need to split their file into 2 (each with 5,000) and run them through the search separately.

The example above would require the following steps:

  • Import file 1

  • Start the search

  • Export the results

  • Import file 2 and select the option to remove the existing data to make space for this new file. Repeat steps above.

We don't suggest file splitting for the sole purpose of being on a cheaper plan...especially if you value your time because it can be tedious and will take a lot longer than a single search.

* Unlimited searches only apply to the GUI. If you are using our API, please see our rate limits here.
