How to format your import file

What to know about importing identifiers and file formatting

To be able to retrieve product and listing data from Amazon, you must first import a CSV file containing product identifiers which will be used to search Amazon.ย 

Acceptable File Format

Your file MUST meet the following:

  • CSV formatting (i.e. file.csv)

  • 1 column that includes your product identifiers: ASINs, EANs, MPNs / Part Numbers, ISBNs, Titles / Keyword, or Seller SKUs

Your file OPTIONALLY may include:

  • Column headers. If your file includes headers, check the box 'my file includes headers' before uploading your file.

  • Additional custom columns (max 20 columns including your identifier column). These columns will automatically be exported with your results.

  • Column Filters. This adds an extra layer to your search for higher accuracy (especially when making Part Number searches). Filters include: Brand / Manufacturer, Color, Size, and Quantity

  • There is no particular column order. After you upload, you'll define the columns you want to import.
