If you received a message from Synccentric regarding a low rate limit or request quota, this mean Amazon has restricted your access to their API with the seller central account you are using.ย
Commonly seller central accounts that are not making sales - or - accounts that were created for the sole purpose of using Amazons API will be flagged by Amazon and have their access to the API restricted. This means Amazon will significantly lower the amount of requests you can make to their API. With this, you'll see slower search speeds on Synccentric because our system is making those requests on your behalf - using your MWS keys that are restricted by Amazon.ย
